Home Improvement Loan Transition FAQs

We are transferring the servicing of your home improvement loan to Concord as part of our plan to improve and streamline our services. Concord specializes in handling home improvement loans, so you’ll continue to receive great support and service.

Starting November 1st, the servicing of your Home Improvement Loan will be transferred to Concord Servicing (“Concord”). Concord will manage all aspects of loan servicing, including payment processing and customer support. This means DOCFCU will no longer handle the servicing of these loans after October 31st. You’ll receive additional information from both DOCFCU and Concord regarding this transition.

No, the terms and conditions of your loan will remain the same. The only change is that Concord will manage payments and customer inquiries starting November 1st.

All October payments should be made to DOCFCU. Starting November 1st, payments will be due to Concord. Below are the steps depending on your payment method:

  • Auto ACH Enrolled through DOCFCU: If you are currently enrolled in automatic ACH payments through DOCFCU, these payments will continue without interruption unless you choose to opt out by October 31st. To opt out, please contact us at service@docfcu.org.
  • Bill Pay Users: Starting November 1st, please update your bill pay instructions with Concord’s payment information. Your new Concord Loan ID can be found in the Goodbye letter or email from DOCFCU. Concord will also provide additional details in their Welcome Letter, which will be mailed during the week of October 14th. Starting November 1st, send bill pay checks to Concord’s address:
    Concord
    PO Box 29352
    Phoenix, AZ 85038-9352.
Include your new Concord Loan ID with the payment.
  • One-Time/Recurring Online Payments: Beginning November 4th, you’ll need to register on Concord’s portal at https://myaccountinfo.com/ to set up one-time or recurring payments using your new Concord Loan ID. Instructions will be provided in Concord’s Welcome Letter.

Your new Concord Loan ID will be included in the Goodbye Letter from DOCFCU, which will be sent on October 4th, and in Concord’s Welcome Letter, arriving the week of October 14th.

You can opt out of ACH enrollment by contacting DOCFCU at service@docfcu.org before October 31st. Starting November 1st, you can reach out to Concord to make changes to your payment preferences or set up manual payments.

If your due date is on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, it will be moved to the first day of next month. Please continue making your payments as usual until you receive further instructions from Concord.

Concord’s Welcome Letter will provide all payment details, including the remittance address and online payment portal. While DOCFCU staff may share this information with you, please note that the Concord payment portal will not be active until November 4th. All payments due in October should still be sent to DOCFCU.
